Hey White Ashians,

We wanted to give you a quick update on fulfillment.  We are over 95% done with only 50 (of the 1087 backers who have filled out their surveys) packages left to be delivered. 

We'd hoped to get out everything out by the end of the month, but we're also going through a move here at White Ash HQ. So we're going to need to take a (very brief) pause to focus on getting everything ready for the big truck. We'll be back shipping the first week in November and will have all packages in the mail by November 8th. 

In other news, the White Ash Chapter 08 Kickstarter only has 4 DAYS LEFT.  We're closing in on the 1000 backer total again, and are so excited to deliver the next part of the saga of Lillian and Aleck. 

If you're a collector, we've also been dropping some rare back issues as part of this campaign. There is still a copy or two left of the first prints of White Ash 02 and 03 up for grabs.

Thanks again everyone. We really appreciate your patience as we move.  We'll be back with one more update as soon as the last package goes out the door.

Hey White Ashians,

Just wanted to pop in and give you a quick update on fufillment. We're about 79% completed, with roughly 200 packages left to mail. We're going to do our best to get them done by the end of the month, but a few might go out in early November. 

We also wanted to remind you if you haven't had a chance to pick it up yet, the next issue of White Ash is live on Kickstarter. 

It's been a hot second since the last chapter came out so we're VERY excited to get this one into the hands of backers. You can check out the campaign HERE.

Shipping has begun and new White Ash on Monday

Hey White Ashians,

Just a quick heads up, by the end of day tomorrow, the first 300 packages will be out the door.  We're hoping to have the shipping done in the next 3 weeks. We'll keep you posted on our progress. But keep an eye out for tracking numbers in your inbox.  In the meantime, we wanted to drop one last reminder that on Monday, September 30th, White Ash will be returning to Kickstarter with Chapter 08. 

As always we'll have lots of bundle deals and early-bird specials, so make sure you're signed up to be notified when we go live so you don't miss out.

Digital Rewards are out

Hey White Ashians,

If you filled out your Backerkit survey, you should have an email from Backerkit with your digital rewards.  For most of you, that will be the White Ash Annual. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we did creating it. 

IF you backed at a catch-up tier or added additional digital rewards, everything should be there except:
Glarien: Origins 03
HISMWTC:03

Those two are still in production and will be sent as soon as they are completed. Physical rewards will start shipping out early next week. And the week after that, a reminder that we will be launching WHITE ASH: CHAPTER 08!

Make sure you're signed up on the prelaunch page to be notified the moment we go live.  This one is for all the marbles... or knives... or whatever Lillian has decided she wants.  Because trust me, she going to get it.
